Digital Product Policy

All products sold on our website are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Nature of Product
The product purchased in this transaction (“Electronic Supplier & Guide”) consists solely of digital vendor contact information and educational content. The product does not include physical items, guaranteed results, or direct supplier fulfillment.

Delivery Method
Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate access to the digital product via a secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout and available within the customer’s order page.

Access & Consumption
Once digital access has been granted and the product has been downloaded or viewed, the product is considered delivered and consumed.

Refund & Chargeback Policy
Due to the nature of digital products:

• All sales are final once access is provided

• Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable after delivery

• Chargebacks filed after successful delivery and access may be disputed as unauthorized use or friendly fraud
